The United States and Peru have worked together to successfully resolve the concerns raised in the first environmental consultations under the Trade Promotion Agreement between the United States and Peru (PTPA).
We are pleased to know that this controversy has been resolved in a positive way in a relatively short time.
We hope that we will continue to work together to ensure the effective implementation of the PTPA Environment Chapter and the Forestry Annex.
